Dive to learn!

Some weeks ago we were talking with Lotta that we should figure out a better concept for playing NoviCraft. The word 'game' does not seem to grasp everything we want to point out, everything that takes place when a team is engaged in joint problem-solving in multiplayer-game context. That's when we came to think about diving - this is more what we mean, it is a word with a lot of potential for us we thought. When you dive, you are out of your normal everyday-life for a moment,  take another perspective towards the world and you can forget everything else for a while. For a couple of hours it's just you are your mates trying to make sense of the situation and how to succeed together. Those are also the moments that you can learn, while trying to make sense about something a bit vague and strange together with others, you get the best opportunity to learn something new! All it takes is that you are able to give in and throw yourself into that moment - being present, listening and responding. That's also what this blog is all about: we in TeamingStream want to share our ideas and thoughts, listen and respond and by doing so, dive to learn something new!
