TeamingStream was founded in April 2008 in Oulu, Finland. Our mission is to develop efficiency, productivity, quality and innovation at workplace.
What we do: We create visual, immersive and engaging 3D learning environments and content for team-building, leadership, and multicultural collaboration training.

In our offering we combine:
- Latest research on cognitive and social processes behind learning, team collaboration, and leadership
- Practical expertise within HRD and leadership
- Opportunities provided by game technology in visual 3D spaces
Behind the company is a group of researchers in pedagogy, leadership and game development, as well as experts in human resource development work.
Despite the young age of the company, the history of our offering goes back to the year 2002, when the first generation of the game was developed for research purpose to find out whether computer games could be used for learning. After three product generations, and countless learning game sessions a new learning product called NoviCraft was published in 2008. NoviCraft is developed by LudoCraft. Game studio LudoCraft specialises in the design and development of collaborative multiplayer games for PCs by harnessing high-end 3D game technologies.
